Powell's Concrete was founded in 1985 by William R. Powell who has been in the concrete business for over 30 years. William is highly regarded as having the finest decorative concrete in Eastern North Carolina, exceeding in the application of color, technique, and site layout in the decorative concrete field.

We are a family-owned and operated company employing two generations of Powells. Willam Powell's son, Matthew Powell, began working for the family business in 2002 and worked tirelessly to hone his craft for 18 years. In 2020, Matthew was proud to take ownership of the company and continue providing Eastern North Carolina with the exceptional service that Powell's Concrete Finishing, Inc. is known for.

We have received recommendations from the founder of Increte® Systems, Mr. Lowe, and long-time Increte® Systems employee Mr. Mike Richy, Mr. Powell is also a member of The Home Builder's Association of Craven and Pamlico Counties.
